Hi, I’m Karen Walker, a Life Empowerment Coach, author, mentor, and internationally recognized speaker. I’m committed to helping women to live their best life.

I’m particularly passionate about helping women break out of the pain and craziness of an abusive relationship, which kept them playing small and unable to reach their full potential.

As a result of the overwhelming success of my Infinite Women Outreach program, I knew it was time to bring the program online to reach as many people as possible.

The Outreach program works with women who have left their relationships and are in transition homes and require a step by step plan to begin their new life.

I knew it was time to reach out and do what I can to help women worldwide develop their sense of purpose, find their passion, and gain the self confidence to create a meaningful, purposeful and joyful life based on their own strengths, values and priorities.

Unfortunately, when we are in unhealthy relationships we get caught up in circumstances and events that prevent us from being all that we can be.

Believe me, I understand!

You see, I was once wrapped up in a relationship that had driven me to the point where I just wanted to lay down and cry until the world went away. I'd spend my days walking on eggshells, and I was drained emotionally, physically and financially.

On the outside, people thought I had a wonderful life - I had the qualifications, multiple achievements, a fulfilling profession, a long marriage, a husband who was a highly qualified professional, two cars, a sail boat, and a nice home - but behind closed doors my life was a living hell.

My life consisted mostly of threats, intimidation, and control - I was in a state of fear and terrorized to the point where I could barely function from day to day and my health began to seriously suffer.

I had no self confidence, no self esteem, I didn't believe in myself, and I had no idea how I was going to break free and create a new life for myself. But I also knew that I didn't have a choice any longer - for the sake of my children and myself, I was going to have to find a way to pull myself up, overcome my own struggles, and somehow move forward.

I made the decision to leave and left a 7-year marriage with only our clothes, a handful of boxes, and a couple of household items. I had managed to gather enough money to rent an apartment, but that was it. I didn't have enough to buy furniture, hook-up the utilites, or even to buy food. I was worried, frustrated, and just plain scared about not having enough money to pay the bills each month.

Somehow, somewhere, within the worry, fear and frustration, I began to remember that the answers lay within me. Slowly, some of the teachings I had learned over the years began to make their way to to surface, and I knew that within me I had the power to create a life for myself and my children.

I also knew that in order to turn things around I would have to apply action as well as have the knowledge, so I made the decision to learn everything I could to empower myself so that I could take the steps I needed to take.

I began to study the work of the masters, I began to work with my prosperity teacher, plus I made some of my own discovers. It took many years, lots of tears, several scary moments, times when I didn't think I would make it, but I am happy to say that it is all behind me. I now live a prosperous, purposeful life filled with contribution and possibility.
